5 Ws and the H

The basic news questions provide the skeleton for stories.

Who? Parents, administrators, Austin ISD school district preliminary budget

How do you feel about this? I feel a great deal of concern for the teachers that lost their jobs and I feel that they should have their health insurance taken care of.
